Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on every order.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then delivered in 3–5 business days across Pakistan — up to 7 days in total. Shipping is free nationwide on every order.

You may cancel any time before your order is dispatched, at no cost — just email hello@shoplatherbloom.com with your order number. Once dispatched, an order can no longer be cancelled; you may decline it at the point of delivery, or return it once received under our Refund Policy.

All returns are free, within 7 days of delivery — whether you’ve simply changed your mind or received a damaged or incorrect item. Items must be unopened and in original condition.

It’s gentle enough for daily use.

Yes, it’s formulated to be gentle enough for sensitive skin. As with any exfoliant, avoid use on irritated, broken, or freshly shaved skin, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Wet your skin and the bar, then massage in gentle circular motions for 30–60 seconds to build a rich lather. Rinse thoroughly and follow with your favourite moisturiser. Gentle enough for daily use, or as often as your skin prefers.

With daily use, a 100g bar typically lasts 4–6 weeks.

It’s our name for the ultra-fine exfoliating particles in the bar — the same thing we describe as MicroCrystal technology. They’re cellulose acetate, a plant-derived polymer milled fine enough to gently buff away surface build-up while refining the feel of the skin. You’ll find it listed as Cellulose Acetate in our Ingredient Index.

Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct water exposure between uses, to extend the bar’s life.
